The following fees are currently charged at our properties. Fees are reviewed annually. They include the cost of all food, heat and light, council tax and all staff costs. They do not include the cost of installing individual telephone lines to residents own rooms.

We request all residents to pay by monthly standing order, but we are happy to discuss any other more individually appropriate payment means. There is an allowance of £3.60 per day for residents who may have to temporarily stay in hospital or away on holiday. There is no allowance for absences of six days or less but for seven days or more the allowance commences from the first day of absence
